    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I asked this business for a refund. There was no communication from them to me. I emailed them directly and via the ******* platform, asking for updates regarding delayed fulfillment. I received no communication.  I asked for a refund. Plants **** shipped my product after I contacted the BBB. I DONT WANT THERE PRODUCT.  I WOULD SHIP IT BACK, BUT THEY DON'T RESPOND TO CUSTOMERS. SO I MAY NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

    I ordered a hair oil on 8/15/2024 on 8/28/24 I was sent a tracking number I been checking the tracking now for weeks the **** says they are waiting on the package today is October 3 and they are still waiting on the package I tried many times to contact them only through an email and they keep saying we are preparing your order this had been going on since 8/15/24 is this some kind of scam in 2 weeks it will be 2 months and I still have not received my package or no mention of a refund.

    Hi! We did send out the customers order on August 28th. However, **** delivered the customers items on October 21st due to difficulties they were having with delivery.

    Wanting to take advantage of their BOGO sale, on July 19th, 2024 I placed an order for the ******** and ************************* and the Turmeric Foaming Body Scrub. The total came out to $61.15. My order was processed on July 22nd and was partially fulfilled. On July 29th, despite fulfilling the conditions of the promotion advertised I only received one bottle of the ******** and *************************. I want to emphasize that the oil was a buy-one-get-one-free offer. I reached out via email on August 20th express my discontent and get an update on when the Turmeric Scrub would be delivered. The representative assured me they were aware of my order and working hard to fulfill it. On September 16th I followed up with a request to cancel my order and refund my money. They replied on September 19th asking for the order number. I obliged the same day. I waited a week and emailed them again today, September 26th further expressing my discontent and after criticizing their poor business acumen informed them that I would be disputing the charge with my bank and escalating the issue with the BBB.

    Hi! In relations to the Buy 1 get 1 ******** promotion, we added clear instructions on our graphics, contents and news letters that customers should add any 2 hair oils of their choice to activate the promotion automatically so that they could only pay for one. In the screen shot provided, customer Only added 1 hair oil to their order which was why the promotion wasnt applied to his order. 

    We were having delays with our suppliers for the Turmeric Scrubs which was why we shipped the customers order partially so that they could at least received a portion of their order while we sort out the other portion. In doing so, they also received a card which stated why their orders have been partially fulfilled. We also assured the customer that they will definitely get their order and that our production team is aware. Despite receiving his order in hand, customer filed a chargeback through his bank for a full refund which is considered fraud. Customer received all the items he ordered

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I have since heard from Plants for Skin regarding their decision to refund my order.

    This customer’s order was refunded as of today. Our company did in fact ship her order we are not sure what happened with USPS shipping schedule or system.
