  I filed for bankruptcy to protect my home from foreclosure because I couldnt pay the mortgage. I did this multiple times until I was able to afford the payment with Social Security and new employment. With an arrangement with Steidl and ********* a law firm in **********, **. The first foreclosure was scheduled for July 3, 2023 which everything was taken care of by *****************. At that time I did not know there was a 2nd foreclosue which I was not informed. I had asked the legal clerk if any payment was due for the house and she said no. The bankruptcy stopped which I was not notified and the house was sold in foreclosure on Sept 5, 2023. I have gotten no help in ********** or the ********** area. If you can help this is an emergency or if you recommend someone to me

  Do NOT use this company to help you!!! I filed a case 10 years ago! They were paid very well to take my case. ***** Steinberg was our original attorney who did not follow through on the paperwork to the end. Two months ago, while trying to get a small loan, I found out this office did not complete my case. We called the same office that handled our case. After weeks of waiting for the paperwork to be done and not receiving any phone calls from *******************, he transferred us to ***** Steidl. ***** told us she would file the required paperwork to the court and trustee by the end of the week. She didnt follow through on that. Still waiting for a return call, we kept calling her. She never returned our phone calls. When we called the office, she was never available and her voicemail box was full. Couldnt leave a message. After 6 weeks of getting no help, I finally got through to *****. She spoke so fast and kept breaking up, I kept telling her I couldnt understand her. She finally asked what my name was, I told her, she had my case mixed up with another case. I simply asked her if she filed the paperwork with the court and trustee. She told me she was going to do it a different way. However, I explained I still couldnt understand and hear her. She hung up on me! And didnt call back. I called the carnage office and tried to explain the situation and I was put on hold while she called *****. That office hung up on me. I called back and was told they could not help us and hung up on me again. FINALLY, ***** called my husband and said again, she was filing the paperwork Friday. And we wait another week to see if she filed the paperwork and its corrected?
