  On December 19, 2023 i purchased a 2015 Ford Escape from Rad Auto Shop for $ 5,999.00. i ask for a bill of sales and was told "you don't need that," i respondent him that i need something that says you got $5999. dollar's from me! December 20, 2023 i called to tell them i was having transmission issues, that it was shifting and hitting hard, they're response was " it just need to warm up.." January 4,2024, I went to get an oil change and found out the dip stick was broke and that I needed to take it back where i got the car from to have them fix it. within the first two weeks of having this car, I was back there 4 times. However, this time the owner reminded me that there was no warranty, and i reminded him that I only had this car for two days and if i needed to come back for problems with the car I would do just that. on Saturday January 27, the speedometer started jumping all over the place while I was driving. After I put the car park, and then try putting it into reverse, it would not go. Between Monday January 29, 2024 and Tuesday January 30, 2024, I called Rad Auto shop 6 times and left messages every time. I also was able to leave one text message to only get a response of "Who are you!" Today, January 31, 2024 i got words that they can fix the problem for $1500.00 , i feel that am being taken advantage of when I told them that I felt there was transmission trouble on the very next day. Thank you for listening to my complaint.

  WARNING! Worst used car dealership in **********. Check engine light deleted. Drove the car home and there it was. No returns. $2,500 for after purchase repairs.! Age, gender, income all game for a rop off.

  Worst place to buy a used, as is vehicle that might be a good price because it does not have the repairs included with the price. Rest assured Im here to give you some awareness and that is it. You will have to fix it after you purchase and they will only tell you. We sell as is after the purchase and your calling concerned to find who inspected it. But they just hang up. Awful people and they probably hear it a lot so now it doesnt mean anything to them but they did say it was fine before purchase and after purchase its as is but Ill buy it back for half price.

  I will never buy from them again. I purchased a 2007 Dodge Nitro in November 2021. There were issues with the vehicle that was not discussed when I first showed interest. I was told the vehicle was in good condition and drove great. When I got there is see the vehicle then he tells me "I forgot the radio doesn't work". He asked if I would be willing to come back to have it replaced, which I did and he took $100 off the price. A few days later I take a good look over it and the truck has a bumper sticker on covering a big rust hole. A rust hole that was not in the photos I seen on their ******** page. Then I noticed the driver side door window controls are broken. There's rust on both rear passenger doors on the inside. I blame myself for being so desperate. I was in a accident in October 2021 where my truck was totaled. Once the other drivers insurance cut the check I needed something to get back and fourth to work and to get my special needs son to his appointment. Please people beware of the dealer.
