  I lived in one of ************ managed by this rental company for a solid four years, and I must say, it was quite an exasperating experience. Getting in touch with these folks was like trying to win the lottery. Phone calls always ended up in voicemail, and it felt like my messages were just lost in the void. Emails weren't much better they'd respond from some temporary email address that magically expired after a few days, leaving me with returned error messages.Even when I used their online portal, it often felt like my messages went into a black hole. I once had water leaking in the basement and waited days for a response. Their indifference to urgent issues was really frustrating. When maintenance showed up to fix the basement leak, they decided to change the front door k*** without even checking if it was in stock at the store. Surprise, surprise they had to special order it, and it took weeks to arrive. At that time, I was a single woman living alone in a building that was empty, as the other tenants had moved out. It didn't exactly make me feel safe and secure.When I called the property manager, Zac, to express my concerns about the building's security, his response was a casual "it's a safe neighborhood." Well, I appreciate the optimism, but it doesn't change the fact that I didn't feel safe in my own home.I remained in the duplex for an extended period of four years because of the wonderful neighborhood, convenient off-street parking, and the layout of the property.My four years with this rental management company were marked by frustration and disappointment. Their lack of communication, disregard for tenant concerns, and casual approach to the security and maintenance of the property left a lot to be desired. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you want a more pleasant renting experience. One star is probably being too generous.

  I have recently just had a very unpleasant experience with this company . The gentleman who showed us this place *** really good dude tried his best to communicate with us we paid them the 50$ application fee and were lead on for days letting us think we were going to get it . Finally at 6 pm 3 hours after we were promised a decision we were told the place has went to somebody else . The entire process honestly felt like a scam k will be forwarding this to everybody I know in hopes to save them some time and money . DO NOT use this company they will waste your time and your money . You can thank me later
