    DOCS Dental on ************, **. Located at ********************************************************* *******, NC *****. For several years I have utilized their dental services and appreciated their professionalism. However, for over a year I have been requesting reimbursement for paying twice the amount for a cleaning and filling (The filling had been damaged by the same clinic from a previous filling attempt). I received some of the repayment yet was shown in the calculations completed by two managers the overpayment I was told to pay. Since 2023 I have spoken with two managers several times and told it will be sent to me via mail. According to the managers I am still owed $222.00. Over the six times I have been in to follow up, I have been informed the payment will be in the mail. For the repeated visits and requests for payment, I trust it is fair to request the payment for my patience, travel, and troubles be added to. This often motivates organizations to improve upon their procedures and systems, so it doesn't repeat with future customers. I see a fair reimbursement of $355.00 be paid as compensation for the lack of timely repair of this issue as well as cost of visiting and follow-ups.Respectfully,******** A. ******** USA Veteran *************************************************
