    They are white collar criminals! They towed my vehicle on private property! Then charge me over ***** hundred dollars after having my vehicle for only 17 hours when I got there, it was already cops there with another person who was victimized buy there unlawful bad illegal business practices! Beware of them crooks! A by all mean fight back! They are ripping the community off! Im fighting to get my money back a will do after review to let u kno the results! They are the worst a should be over investigation!!

As per our policy, storage fees are charged at a daily rate of $100 a day, plus a 22.5% added to the storage, for the city implemented parking tax, this is based on calendar days. In your case, the vehicle was impounded for two days, 9/19 and 9/20, which contributed to the total charges.

    Our team operates in accordance with all local laws and signs are prominently displayed on the property to inform drivers about towing regulations. We understand that these situations can be frustrating, but we believe it's essential to abide by the legal processes that govern towing operations.

    We also feel it's important to address the negative language used in your review. We take pride in providing reliable and lawful towing services and maintain that our practices are not only legal, but also necessary to ensure the proper management of private properties. Mischaracterizing our business as criminal is both hurtful and inaccurate.

    0 Stars!!!! My husband and I were in an accident at Broad and Packer on April 20th in the midst of ******** traffic. The SOUTH PHILLY TOW TRUCK showed up immediately (stalking for accidents, I guess). The tow truck driver, "****" acted friendky & concerned and said he would just tow our vehicle to a "local" facility, where it could be held in "Storage" until we decided where to have it repaired. He gave us a card for "*******" Tinicum Automotive. He mentioned they do repairs there, toi, but we were under no obligation. When our insurance company sent theur tow truck to pick up our car, the bill was $4,800!!!! The car was there at CICCIONI for 6 days. In doing some research, we found thst if a tow truck tows your car to a facility within Philly, the fees arevregulated, but if they tow it outsode the city like CICCIONI, which is located in ******, **, they can charge whatever they want. WARNING: DO NIT LET SOUTH PHILLY TOWING TOW YOUR CAR! ALSO, DIN'T DO BUSINESS WITH CICCIONI AUTO REPAIR, ************************************************ or you will be overcgarged immensely!!!! Do Not trust SOUTH PHILLY TOWING, or CICCIONI AUTO REPAIR!!!!
