    During the months of February and March of 2019, I gathered multiple quotes for a new roof to be installed onto my residence and the old one removed. After gathering the quotes and procuring the available funds, I decided to go with Fischer Roofing who was recommended to me by the owner of the company I work for.After providing payment to Fischer Roofing, for the quote agreed upon via email and the only quote ever presented to me, they then went to my residence. The quote showed an astonishingly less amount of work to be done, yet for the same price. I have never seen this quote before, it was never emailed to me, and no changes from the original quote were ever discussed with me. I never approved this lesser quote, and the signature they obtained is not mine, but from a resident not the owner.
    Work that they did not perform that was agreed upon in the original quote include:
    • Removal of shingles from Main Roof
    • Removal of shingles from Side Roof
    • Application of 30lb felt to Main Roof
    • Application of 30lb felt to Side Roof
    • Install of 25yr fiberglass shingle to Main Roof
    •Install of 25yr fiberglass shingles to Side Roof
    •Install of 12 drip edge to entire perimeter of roof
    •Install of two 3in pipe collars
    •Application of new Ice & Water Shield around entire gutter area.
    •Replacement of new plywood where needed.
    Work that was done to the roof include:
    •Addition of third layer of shingles (which is a code violation and hazardous to the home and the residence inside)
    •Applied caulk and roof cement in selected areas
    FOR NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS! Since this has occurred, I have also had additional damage done to my home including leaks and dripping of water in both the master and guest bedrooms. Also, the plywood and underlaying materials there were supposed to be replaced are in worse damage then they were previously because of their negligence. There is now black mold and mildew in the attic.

    Fischer replaced our roof (new roof) in 2009 gave us a 15 year guarantee well we are on year 14 and our roof is now leaking water we reached our to Fischer spoke with Nina who set a few different appt. Where John (I was told youngv John) would come out this never occurred no show no call all I keep getting is excuses now we have to locate a new roofing company because Fischer's doesn't honor their guarantee the sad part is the work in 2009 was great therefore it was just time to inspect and repair and for whatever reason John refuse to show up to any of the appts. Set previous to this last 3 days of rain now we had a flood in our home because they did not show up before the rain or even this week after the rain I called the office repeatedly and was told I was on the list. My suggestion don't give a guarantee if it's not going to be honored
