    Quickly fixed the issue and was very kind in explaining the issue and helping me with my insurance questions.

    Polite staff. although they do try to do everything on the cheap. By that i mean they do not do the little things well at all , like a section of a sidewalk block when in my experience it should be replace the block not a patch, They were required to restore and plant grass seed and that was a total disgrace. Grass seed on top of rocks and clumps of clay. They used no shoring even though L&I told them to. Although it was never brought up i had the feeling of everything was an upsell when asking questions it was we only replace what when we take out. I still have reservations about how they connected the vent as i spent a great amount of time outside with them but when i went inside for a brief moment they made that connection and had dirt covering it before I returned. for these reasons i would not recommend. this company
