    This company sent the wrong part and refused to send return shipping! I sent a video of myself measuring there part showing proof positive they sent the wrong part. They send I would have to pay the return shipping! So, if you want to be stuck paying shipping for their mistake, then order from them!

    Was a former customer and happy with custom hose assemblies over the last few years made until the last order. I've placed thousand$ worth of orders. Two hose ends were swapped during assembly; it took a week to find out they shipped half a fix for my problem and after I called about a missing fitting- no return phone call, no email. No nothing. I would not purchase from again or recommend. Fast and cheap is great, but if you don't make the hose correctly and don't make you right with your customers, well, they won't be your customers any longer.

    Company took over a week to ship "in stock" items. After receiving order we found a one item missing and crossed off packing contents. Nice! They shipped media mail when we paid for priority. Post office charged us more because steel fittings don't classify in that mail service type. This experience has cost Us more downtime and headaches than ever imaginable. Highly don't recommend this website.

    Company is fraudulent. Made a purchase and over night had 5-6 additional charges on my debit card. These charges added up to over $500. Including purchasing visa cards and tickets. I would not recommend dealing with this company or giving them any personal information.
