      My AC was not working. I called this company to come out and diagnose the problem. A repair person by the name of George came out. George spent less than 10 min at my house which he never even pulled at tool. He spent maybe another 15 min sitting in his truck writing up this ridiculous estimate.
      He proposed a cost of $1,587.77 for the part needed to fix the unit. He said it would take him a couple of days to get the part because it was rare. He said he might not be able to get the part. His recommendation was to just replace the whole system because the system was so old and we would just have to keep replacing this rare part. The system replacement would be $6773.40. Remember this was all done without pulling out a single tool.
      I told George I would get back to him because it all didn't make sense, at that point he charged me a $99.00 diagnostic fee.
      From there I called Horizon to come out to find out it was just the compacitor that had to be replaced for $250.00.
      I called the company to report my concerns. The company showed that they really didn't care which makes me wonder how many time they have gotten away with the shadiness.
      After the experience there is no way I could recommend this company. Use at your own risk.
