    0 Rating - Poor Customer Service!!! Purchased 2 Security storm doors for $3,000. Doors were measured by manager, Jim's contractor, Ian and written up by Jim. In spite of order being written up incorrectly and delivered with no boxes, one door was correct with the entrance knob on the left to match the inside door. The second door had the knob on the right. The inside knob is on the left. When told of the error Jim said we ordered it that way so the inside knob and storm door knob, would not obstruct each other. Not true, there's 8 inches between each door. Also, I was told that 40% of doors in the city have knobs on the opposite sides. Not so! Also, Jim informed me I could get the correct door if I paid $650, and S&H would pay the other half; not admitting it was S&H's error. Also, less supportive door closures with no backing for heavy security doors came with the doors. On the phone he said I could return them and pay the upgrade difference. When I returned them, he refused to accept them, and walked away from me. I found his responses untruthful, disrespectful, sarcastic, insulting, and not acceptable as a customer. Mrs. C.
