    I started service with Xfinity in July of 2024. I started an internet connection and two mobile lines one was for my phone and the other was for my Apple Watch. After trying to activate my modem, I was unsuccessful. There was already an active connection in someone elses name and that person had illegally set up service at my home. Instead of going through the hassle of proving that I asked if the service could be disconnected as I was moving out of that unit soon anyway. I asked for the disconnection to take place in August. I was told by the representative to wait until I fully port my phone number to the new provider before canceling the service. It took Xfinity two weeks to fully release my phone number! I received a cancellation confirmation from the representative that started my service! I had paid both of my last bills for Xfinity. Its mid October and I am receiving collection debt messages from Xfinity stating that I owe them money for a watch line and my previous bills. I explained to the chat agent Kunal that I canceled everything with Xfinity effective 9/2 and was sent the confirmation from the representative by 9/3. The chat agent continues to tell me that my lines are still active. I also explained that the representative told me that theres a 30 day money back guarantee that Im eligible for and he was going to make sure I got my money back. Kunal the chat agent tells me the company has no such policy. So, my lines have been activate after processing a cancellation request and receiving confirmation from the company, theyve pushed my account into collections which will affect my credit score and I was told of a money back guarantee and I still havent received my money. I want to pursue legal action against Xfinity, this is completely unacceptable. I also have the screenshots from the representative that initiated my service out of the ***********, ** ************** location. I am completely devastated by this entire situation.

    I have been with xfinity since they were ******* back in 2007. I went with ******* an ******* charged me ****** to disconnect service. He informed me if I stay Ill save not with them. Educated I already switched he said then you need to pay ****** for termination fee

    I have been scammed out of thousands of dollars. Xfinity has lied to me about services and insisted that I need more internet to accommodate my household. This is a lie completely. I’ve been told that our house uses a lot of devices when in reality they do not use much internet especially at the same time. When someone’s iPhone automatically links to my household I was told that I have a lot of devices so I can not change to a cheaper package. The reality was though there are phone, iPads, and a PlayStation that was only used on temporary basis. I explained the cost concern to Xfinity and again was scared into keeping this package for fear of not being able to have service with my security equipment. The thing is I have a separate hard drive for this and Xfinity has nothing to do with it. They have been forcefully through scare tactics keeping me thinking I have to pay these absurd rates. When my husband lost his job, they never once suggested ACP. They refused payment plans or vacation mode so I could get caught up with bills. The payment arrangement that they suggest is actually just an extension for the bill. This is deceptive practice.

    My boyfriend and I tried to access entry but was denied. They said my Boyfriend had a fictitious license. Police officer authorised it was official. They admitted it was official but still denied access saying he was rude. Bouncer refused to give us his name but we have got him on video. If I could give zero star I would!

    I was overcharged on my last bill with fees I was not told would be present. When I went and chatted with an Xfinity agent they apologized and said they would refund the incorrect amount and created a support ticket. 3 weeks later still no refund but every agent I have chatted with via their chat mechanism has told me that my refund of 165 dollars is on its way. Call and talk with a person today after another week of waiting. She tells me no refund is going to be issued and that the ticket was closed weeks ago even though every week for the past 3 weeks I have been getting told by agents the refund is processing and then last week that it cleared. Horrible service, hidden fees, will not be using once my contract term is up and would highly recommend others do not use their services. Agents lie to just get you off the phone or chat box or have no idea what they are talking about. Horrible company with horrible customer service

    Xfinity prepaid service is a rip off!!! I do not recommend service to anyone!! I paid for 7 days of prepaid internet service and the service did not work and Xfinity refuses to refund my payment of $15.00 that was charged to my credit card. I called the company several times and asked for a manager and was told someone would call me back and they did not. I was given the run around; they know they are not going to call. I will never use their prepaid service again!!
