  I would not recommend to any decent family, please review other negative comments about their attitude , language and quality before signing up. Don’t go by the age of sales man or the experience brag about. you need to be legal expert before you sign and also make sure that they represent in inches and what area and which place , bolts and nuts used otherwise they say that is not in contract especially very rude comments about immigrants, like “this is American I have freedom of speech , in a sense saying you cheap immigrant” Again Think before you ink ( sign the contract) , don’t go by the age of the salesman or experience of the company they brag about, make sure that everything is documented precisely to the inches and the diagrams ( visual) is illustrated and explained , sizes marked ( no verbal promises, I was told that they are going to put sump pump in my laundry room and I had asked the sales guy can you please put a small drain may be a foot in the same room to the sump and he agreed with me), some how when the workers came they have changed the plan and moved the pump to garage and the diagram don’t show that, also one of the drain I have asked to extend to the stairs and he agreed and put that in the visual , just drew a line ) the workers did not notice that as it was not clear and no notes on that, now the conversation starts , when you ask about that no warranty if you ask more ,the sales guy started to use f words instead of understanding where I am coming from and addressing my concern. Owner is the rudest person I have ever talked with, “I WILL COME AND RIP YOUR HOUSE TONIGHT “ ..so lovely sentence to hear , yeah I don’t think this is called freedom of speech and another one you talk to your self don’t call us. I don’t want to write a review but this is also a way other to tell them mind your language. I will remove this post when I get a text saying that sorry it was a mistake and still your floor is safe.
