    Please ,do not hire **** Lebon of IDS ARCHITECTS LLC located on ************************************************************ Lebon of IDS Architects was paid 1st payment of $15,000.00 to perform duplex conversion from single family .I paid another ******** for permits requested by project manager ****** of IDS ARCHITECT but never issued. Because of variance permit approval delays, **** Lebon assured me that he had approved building permits and started 2nd floor demo on February 09, 2023 , On March 10, 2023 , ***** stopped all construction , fined me $1,200.00 for no building , variance , electrical and plumbing permit . As of March 13,2024 , the ************ of Adjustments granted variance permit for a change of use from single family to duplex dwelling on I notified **** Lebon of IDS Architects and project manager ****** to schedule demo and requested a revised contract on March 13, 2023. For 7 weeks, I texted, called , emailed and finally **** Lebon and I met in his office on May 2, 2024 . **** Lebon agreed on revised contract, prepare electrical plans if needed and request to meet my electrician . On June 24, 2024 , my electrician scheduled a meeting to discuss electrical layout ( as request and scheduled by General Contractor **** ************************************** General Contractor **** Lebon refuses to answer all calls from electrician and myself . I then contacted ***** ( referral agency ) for mediation an resolution.**** Lebon did agree on resolution .Finally ,I spoke to **** Lebon and he texted me that if I remove all negative reviews he will do the demo.He asked me to give him one week on 07-22-2024 to get building permit to start demo .I followed-up with **** Lebon on 07-29-2024 Per phone call ,**** Lebon stated that he will not do the demo or refund $16,000.00 (-) worked performed because I reported him to Attorney General and ****, This fraudulent behavior must stop.
