    This company is terrible. They are also incompetent. My DH had a colonoscopy in January. The bill was sent to Worker's Comp. He gave them his ******** and insurance card at the time of the procedure, so there was no reason to try to submit the claim to his open Worker's Comp case. Have you ever heard of anyone needing a colonoscopy as the result of a truck accident? DH contacted these people multiple times to correct their mistake. Why would DH pay them $840 when he has ******** and insurance to cover this bill? Finally, six months later (in July) they submitted the bill to ******** and his insurance and he only owes $106.95. What retired senior citizen is going to overpay a medical bill just because the providers are too lazy and/or stupid to properly submit it?We really don't appreciate getting a nasty, threatening letter from this incompetent people: "This is your final notice. Our office has mailed several statements to you regarding the open balance on this account. In order to avoid possible collection action, please pay in full now". If they would have sent the correct bill months ago, it would have been paid immediately. Maybe they need to get rid of the incompetent people they have working at this office. No one cares about people or being accurate. All the younger generation cares about is their paycheck.
