The Better Business Bureau contacted the company due to consumer complaints. Consumers allege that they had paid for services they had not received. Consumers stated they paid for a lead service but did not receive the leads promised.
The BBB requested a response on what may have been the cause and any remedies planned. The business responded and stated that clients sign up for their service to receive certain amounts of leads. Business states they always deliver these leads and it is up to the business to follow through with the leads. Business states they cannot guarantee results, which also is stated in their contract's terms, signed by every client. BBB verified this information in their contract. All of the contracts are 12-month contracts and cannot be terminated early. That is also stated in the contract the customers sign. BBB will continue to monitor this business.
