Refund and Exchange Policy
Return Policies
We accept returns on selected items based on manufacturer return policies and GHSSM LLC authorization for 10 calendar days after delivery of the product. Contact us to get a return authorization.  Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition" and with original packaging (i.e. packaging, paperwork, cables and any other accessories) except for defective items and warranty issues.  After 10 calendar days, we may offer an exchange, warranty repair/replace or store credit at the discretion of GHSSM LLC and Manufacturer's return or warranty policies. 


Defective Items

Defective returns, once authorized, within 7 days from the invoice date, at the discretion of GHSSM LLC for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair. If the item is defective, we will credit or refund domestic shipping cost. This does not include orders beyond our return period or items that have been damaged or defects of the manufacturer.   After 7 days we will refer to the items' manufacturer/builder's warranty.


Non Defective Items

Non-Defective items may be returned with prior authorization. Please contact us immediately as most product features that may seem like a defect, can be explained easily prior to going through a return process. If the item is defective, it can be accepted directly by GHSSM LLC, with prior authorization, within 7 days, at the discretion of GHSSM LLC for credit or exchange. All Non-Defective returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.


Manufacturer/Builder Warranties

Items under manufacturer or builder's warranty are repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the product at the manufacturer/builder and GHSSM LLC's discretion.  Warranties on items can vary for days to lifetime coverage and the coverage is by the manufacturer/builder, not GHSSM LLC.   Items with warranties must contact us prior to the warranty expiring.   Please contact us if you have a question about the warranty coverage and time period for a specific product as each product and manufacturer policy is different.


Shipping fees are not refundable. 

Shipping charges on all returned items are the customer's responsibility. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.


Custom Built or Modified Items   

We carry items that are custom built and items made to order for the customer.  Those items have warranties given by the item's builders or manufacturer.  Custom items may be repaired, replaced or given store credit depending on the product at the discretion of GHSSM LLC and/or the products  manufacturer.   The builders of the custom made to order items, like items by Paranologies, GotchaGhost, Deezghosts, CPT, NCPD, Paratronics and others are paid for their work immediately after the order is placed with us so they can buy parts and whatever is needed to complete the order.   We cannot give refund on orders of custom, built to order, hand modified items unless the builders are willing to reimburse us for the order.    These are their policies, but we do work with you to resolve any issue that may arise.   We do advocate on your behalf.   If there is a situation that we do authorize a refund for a new custom item, we may assess a 20% restocking fee.


Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that looks damaged by the shipper, take a photo of the damage and contact us right away. DO NOT throw away the packaging. These photos will expedite a claim with the shipper. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.


Return Authorization

You MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.  Failure to contact us may result in a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.  All returns of new items may incur a 20% restocking fee that is assess on a case-by-case depending on the situation.
