    Prime Property Management were professional until they were required to rewire their property I lived in. My home caught fire and they tried everything to accuse me of being at fault even after the fire report which clearly stated otherwise. Prime Property no accountability for being at fault then hired an unaccredited electrician who kept very odd working hours of 1/2 O’clock in the morning, he slept in my sons bed, used my refrigerator and damaged our personal belongings. Prime Property took little responsibility when I had been warning them about this man conduct all along. I sued Prime Property Management in small claims and won a $5000 judgement against them and they have yet to pay me. They said they’re not going to pay again showing no accountability for there part in any of this and no, I was not a tenant from hell. I was a very respectful tenant and respected in my community. My children and I ended up having to leave our home of six years because the electrician was unreliable and untrustworthy and so was Prime Property Management. I don’t recommend them for these reasons.
