    I along with two friends were supposed to skydive on 8-6-2022, and our times was pushed back because of slight winds to where they said we should just reschedule for another day. We rescheduled for 10-19-2022, and the day before I was contacted to say the weather didn't look promising for the next day. We waited until 2023, and rescheduled for 6-21-2023. The day before I got a call saying the weather didn't look good. Again there was slight wind. I rescheduled for 8-23-2023, and got a call the day before saying that the airport decided to paint the runway on Tuesday & Wednesday so all jumps needed to be rescheduled.

    I rescheduled for 8-30-2023. I saw on the forecast that it was to rain in the morning, but then be sunny & bright. On that Wednesday I contacted Skydive & they stated the jump should go on as planned, but call before coming since one person was coming from NJ. I was going to call at 1pm since our time was for 3pm, and the person in NJ planned to leave at 1:15p.

    Then at about 12:30 I get a call from Skydive to say that they need to reschedule for the next day because the weather looked better even though it looked fine to me. I said at that time that the next day wouldn't work, and they called to late on that Wednesday for others to cancel their day off. I said I know that you don't offer refunds, but something is telling us not to do this, and could an exception be made to refund our money? The answer was a flat-out no. He say that our reschedules have been an exception, and they would extend holding our money longer for us to do the jump. I explained we no longer wanted to do it, and this was telling us not to do, and could they please make an exception seeing that the money is just a place holder. Again no was the answer.

    Like I said, I know it says no refunds, and we tried many times to make the jump, and I feel that in this particular case they really should make an exception, and refund our money back
