- Additional Info:According to communications between the BBB and the company in June of 2013, Timeshare Resale Vacations, LLC states it has been targeted by an unknown company or group of people that is using the company name in their calls to consumers. According to the company, scammers check the BBB website for timeshare resale companies that are BBB accredited businesses with A+ ratings and then contact owners of timeshare properties and tell them that they have someone interested in purchasing their timeshares. These callers have no association with Timeshare Resale Vacations according to the company. The BBB advises consumers to be vigilant and not provide any personal banking or credit information or to deposit any check you receive from unknown parties. Consumers are also urged to contact their state's Attorney General to file a complaint.
