    Poor customer service & questionable integrity when put to the point about their own past behavior. Boarded our pets with them until they abruptly said they didn’t want our business because we had concerns about how diligently they monitored our senior pets while in their care. Left a negative review on ****** & the owner, *****, responded and doubled down on the hostility claiming they never turned away our business until we showed screenshots of his text exchange doing exactly that. If you have any issues with them they take it personally and make it insulting in response. Would not trust any animals to their care if they are this impatient and rude and can’t reassure customers their animals will be properly cared for. All this owner apparently cares about is five star ratings & will try and make any ad hominem attack they can in respond to any feedback they don’t like.
