      Extreme Terrain customer was the best Ive ever experienced in such a long time. The response was quick with a text and followed by a phone call to speak to a live agent for all my queries regarding the product/ item I had questions about. ****** C. was knowledgeable and helpful. Extreme Terrain will always be my first choice when I need anything for my 2024 Tacoma Off-Road Hybrid because of your customer service.

      Im disappointed with customer service. I ordered a replacement bumper for my Jeep TJ to move heavy spare tire to bumper mount. I reviewed the Extreme Terrain installation video which stressed ease of installation. Turns out on my year Jeep not so easy. Gas tank needed to be removed and professional help was required (cost $499 for professional installation). This step was not disclosed in video and was discovered In installation instructions. I have made two calls to customer service regarding this issue with absolutely no return calls. Had I known the installation problem I would not have ordered this Red Rock product. Poor customer service and product support. ***** this company.

      extreme terrain has a wide selection of parts, and tires. which i bought a set. also upgraded the frt end of my ********************************************* process of the rebuild but the parts are of great quailty, this ole boy should ride like a Caddy. changed things up from struts to coil overs.
