      I have ordered multiple times from Extreme Terrain and have never had an issue. The products are always as described, any returns have been quickly processed, and shipping is super fast. I will continue to use extreme terrain as my go to parts store for all things jeep related.

      Extreme Terrain just awesome to deal with. They were very help in helping decide which product to purchase. They are all so nice and helpful to talk with. My product arrived very quickly and in great condition. Installation was simple, taking about 30-40 minutes. Overall wonderful experience! Thank you Extreme Terrain!

      Not thrilled with the customer service. We were mislead into believing that a large and costly purchase of wheels / tires was an “easy install” and it turned into a two week fiasco — they refused any returns on it — and we spent $1350 additional cost in remedying the problem. Overall, the products are good and the website functionality is great, but their hard-sell practices coupled with their non-return policies make it feel sketchy. I won’t be making any further major purchases here.

      Can always get great service by the phone or email. Unlike other companies when you call , you are not on eternal hold. Awesome service and very fair priced.
