      The products are very good, and sturdy they aligned perfectly with the original holes on my jeep. Easy to install, however there were no instructions included.

      Ordered 5 parts for my Tacoma. Everything arrived on time, but the Rough Country tri-fold Tonneau cover was damaged. Luckily it was in the underside of the fixed panel and will not be visible so just decided to live with it.The Kleinn remote start kit that I ordered was missing a factory installed connector on the module. Had to start a return/replacement process right ********* and support are helpful and easy to use, just annoying to have problems with 40% of the order.

      Im replacing the same exact net that I wore out. Great product that I use to keep sacks of deer feed on my truck. At $12/bag it doesnt take long for it to pay for itself

      Overall quality was good, not great. 1 out of the 20 lug nuts had a washer that was mis-stamped. So the edge of the washer protrudes the outside diameter. Ill have to grind it down or itll dig in to my wheel.

      The wrong bracket set was sent with the running boards I ordered. I thought everything was correct, since it came from a trusted site, but it wasn't until I mounted the bracket and was ready to finish the job, I realized the kit sent would not fit the running boards. The **************** Agent Customer was great, in helping to get my issue resolved. But I had to remove all the brackets and now I have to sit here and wait for this to be resolved. I had hoped it would have been much easier. I did get a $20 dollar credit, but my time is worth more than that. The Customer support representative was great. Not her fault, excellent agent
