      The tie rod arm that attache to the ****** arm is too tall I had to cut it down and I couldnt use the left side drag link end because mine was crimp on I had to buy a different one.the package you guys put together does not fit a factory jeep correct

      First off, my package was Lost. I had to contact Extreme Terrain to find out where my package was. Nobody knew!! I had to wait and wait and wait until I was told they would ship another one 8 days later, IF, I hadnt received the first one. Finally after 10 days, I received the replacement package and it looked like the package was drug behind the truck all the way from ************. The box was ripped open from one end to the other and parts were hanging out. I dont know if anything is missing yet or not. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Extreme Terrain.

      Recieved all 5 matching rims and tires mounted and balanced, for my 97 jeep wrangler. Just 5 days after purchase. Extreme Terrain has A1 customer service. I had originally made an error ordering my tires. So i reached out to customer service where a live person helped me cancel my order and offered multiple different solution options.

      I ordered a Barricade rear bumper and it arrived one day later than originally promised. This was not a problem. The packaging was damaged when it was delivered, but the bumper appeared undamaged and no necessary pieces (bolts, nut and brackets) were lost despite the damaged box. I have ordered from Extreme Terrain before, and will remain a customer.
