    It charged us separately with hospital and doctors visits. I got three separate bill from doctor * anesthesia* and hospital.

    1. I made this OBGYN annual checkup appointment 3 months ago, back to December 2023 with Chester County Ob/Gyn Associates, Axia Women's Health at *** ******** ** * **** ******* ******* ** *****.
    2. I took one day off from work to get to the appointment on 02/26/2024 and arrived 10 minutes earlier than my appointment.
    3. As I walked in the clinic and tried to check in, the receptionist refused to check me in and asked me to reschedule.
    4. I can't accept reschedule since I tried to make this happen for three months and I was not late at all.
    5. She said I needed to finishe forms. I asked her to give me those forms so I can finish them before my appointment. She refused.
    6. The receptionist and the people in the office were so rude. Why did I get refused to see the doctor even I arrived earlier than my appointment time? I tried to coordinate their work if they needed me to finish forms but they refused to give the forms. Why do patients always need to wait for the doctors without any reasons but the medical facility can refuse the patients that easily without an acceptable reason? That's really unfair.
    7. I can't accept what she had done to me. I requested to meet their manager or have their manager call me but again got denied. So far, I haven't received any call from the management team.
    8. The receptionis called the police and evicted me.
    9. The patients should have thier rights to be treated fairly, reasonably and nicely, considering it's a healthcare provider. What if I was sick and was treated that badly? I can't imagine and really can't tolerate what had happened to me yesterday.

    I was told by their insurance department that IVF was covered under my insurance plan. Their insurance management team changed three times leading to my case being tossed around constantly. They are now stating that it was not covered and are requesting $20000 from me. I have requested on multiple occasions that someone reached out to me from upper management and no one has. I was being seen by sincera reproductive which has since been bought out and I am left with no help and just bills.
