  Great experience start to finish. We needed to replace 20 casement windows in an old sunroom that we were no longer able to close completely due to wear and age of the window mechanisms. Some of the wood window frames were also rotten. We requested bids from 3 window companies. Thermo-Twin was the last company that met with us to see our sunroom. Pricewise they were fairly comparable to the other 2 quotes we received. Our salesman was above and beyond what we could have asked for: professional, friendly, showing us what Thermo-Twin had to offer without a high pressure sales pitch (we had one of those too). We signed the contract the same day. We could not be more happy with the installation crew, from being professional and friendly, keeping us informed of any changes in arrival time, to taking care of any areas in and out of the sunroom. They were skilled not only with installing the windows, but with the trim woodwork and *****. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

  Thermo-Twin just put in 12 new windows and 3 new doors. I couldn't be happier. My old window's were over 40 years old, and not working very well. Now I have windows I can actually use.the installer's were very professional, and skilled. And could answer any questions I had.I would definitely use them again.

  An absolutely fantastic company that is willing to work with you in almost all instances. While it hasn't happened yet they offered to come and re caulk my windows after I replace the trim surrounding them. I have purchased two sets of windows from them and they are of incredible quality, and their installation teams have a through understanding of what they are doing. I will be sticking with Thermo-Twin any time I need windows

  My wife and I decided to replace our 52yr old Pella windows. Because my wife put Thermo-Twin replacement windows into her house 15yrs ago and was completely satisfied, we called Thermo-Twin on 10/16 for an estimate. ***** B, our salesman returned our call that day and we met the next day 10/17. During our meeting with *****, we ordered our 17 windows with an approximate installation date scheduled for mid-December. When another installation ordered was postponed, our installation was moved up to Nov 25th and Nov 26th. That schedule and the weather worked out perfectly for us. From the first phone call to the time the installation crew drove away, everyone at Thermo-Twin was a pleasure to deal with. Their professionalism, their pride in their company and the quality of their products is impressive!
