Had two prior estimates. Sales man was very friendly,didnt play games, cut to the chase gave me what I thought was a fair quote compared to the others. Liked the product he showed me and gave go ahead for install of 10 windows. They came for measurements about a week later. Then the crew came about 3 or 4 weeks later. Installed all windows in one day cleaned up nicely, took all old windows. Everyone was very friendly!!!! Even got a follow up call to see if everything was still good about 3 weeks after the install !!! Very satisfied so far!!! Windows installed April 2023

Thermo-Twin installed our windows in January and then we added another window which was installed in April. I had two different installers, both of which were respectful, kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and clean. The price was unbeatable and an added bonus of interest free financing for 2 years-cant beat it! I cannot say enough good about my experience and the products provided to us by Thermo-Twin. Bravo! We had all windows in our home replaced by Thermo-Twin Windows. From sales representative, office personnel and installers the service we received was excellent. Three years after instillation, and our windows do not work right yet. They tell us they were made by another company because they are wood., And they cannot get the parts. This doesn't match their advertisement. **** a review will catch their eye.Review fromDeborah S

I recently purchased 11 new windows from Thermo-Twin. Eight double hung and three slider windows with grids on all. I paid a total of $10,562.00, which I thought was reasonable. I was also able to get interest free financing through 2025. My salesman, ***, was very thorough in explaining everything to me. **** ***** came with three other gentlemen to install the windows and they did a great job. **** was so friendly and they cleaned up very well. He showed me how to clean the windows as well. They even brought down an old air conditioner from the attic window and placed it outside for me to dispose. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and with the warranty that Thermo-Twin provides.Thermo-Twin Windows
