  I had 4 original windows from the early 1900's that I was looking to replace. I wanted to keep the external look as close to the original windows. I contacted 5 window companies. There were only 2 companies that could replace them to my liking. I chose Thermo-Twin because they are local, employee-owned/operated and the price was more than reasonable. They custom-made my windows, scheduled the installation, arrived on time, and had all 4 windows installed in 8 hours. I'm not sure which was the biggest win, the price or the installation crew! The crew was great, very meticulous, efficient, and worked very well together. I was impressed with how smoothly the entire project went from beginning to end. Thank you to the ***************** at Thermo-Twin ... I love my new windows!!

Every step of the process was handled very professionally from the initial meeting with the salesperson and his explanation and gathering of information, to the installation and cleanup by the workmen. Pricing and quality were also important factors for us. We would certainly recommend Thermo Twin to anyone looking for replacement windows.

  Thermo twin put windows in my house 25 + yrs ago, they still look like new and function like new, that is why I had a new front door with storm door installed. The door is absolutely beautiful, it was installed about a month ago, no issues what so ever, the installation was fast and efficient, you would have thought the installers new us for ever, treated us like friends.Thank you, Thermo Twin

  From call back , to quote, to scheduling, to installation, I was very impressed. Everyone was very professional and the work was done in time as promised. I am so happy that I chose Thermo Twin as a local and well established company. The installers came when promised and did an excellent job. The windows are a **** improvement to my home and I'm sure they will help to improve my utility bills.   ThermoTwin installed 22 windows in our home in July 2023. I was impressed with the quality of the work and the ***********************. I am especially impressed with the time and quality workmanship they put into installing a garden window. We have had 2 contractors in our home for different types of work since then and they both commented that they havent seen such nice work on newly installed windows. I couldnt be more pleased.

  This is the second house Ive had Thermo Twin install windows at. They are great to work with, provide updates via phone call and even a reminder of when they will be coming to measure and install without me asking them to give me a call. All employees are friendly and easy to work with. The day of my install a second crew came out in the afternoon to make sure they finished on time. I also like that they have family working together - there were a couple of fathers and sons working at my house. All around great! Have recommended them and will do so moving forward.

  If there were 10 Stars I would happily award them to this wonderful company. Truly we needed windows for years but the cost and the thought of the stressful process had us putting it off way too long. Thermo Twin was installing 9 beautiful windows and I stopped by and spent some time watching the process. It was amazing. The installers were friendly and so helpful answering all my questions. They were a cohesive professional team installing windows and meticulously finishing each window until it was perfect. I was sold right there! I gave them my name to forward to sales and when the sales person came he was fantastic. No push no long-winded sales tactics just good information to help us make the right decision. I felt no hesitation and was so right. My new windows have been installed and I am so thrilled! What an amazing experience, I could not be happier. If you need windows these are the people that will do all they can to help you make a good decision, do all that they promised and more, and won't make you mortgage the house. Best company ever!
