I don't know how you people have an A rating at the time of me leaving this review. This is one of the worst online institutes I've ever considered earning a PMP certificate from. My business was able to pay you people, for me to get into a course to legitimately earn a PMP cert. I actually have years of experience in the field already, and its even a big part of what I do within the consultancy that I built. I just wanted yet another thing to add to the resume. After purchase however the website often acted broken. The $400 dollar course my business had purchased only showed up in my dashboard once, after that, never again. I was able to make it half way through on the first day no less but all that time was completely wasted because-never again did the course show up for me. The website wouldn't load properly. I went back and forth with support for an entire week. They ended up ensuring me that everything was fixed via email-but wouldn't let me reply to said email. I log in to discover it was the same story, different day. I demanded my business to be refunded and the rep even tried arguing with me saying I never maid a purchase. I am infact the type to keep receipts however. Despite proving order number, the date and even time of purchase and the literal receipt. The rep still tried giving me the run around saying the receipt FROM PMI, wasn't enough and needed to see my bank statement. Excuse you? I am still waiting to see that refund as of the day I posted this review.
