    They do not complete a project professionally nor know how to finish a job correctly!! If you are a senior citizen be extra careful as they will rip you off!!!

    We regret that our service did not meet this customer's expectations. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that this customer felt that standard was not met in their interaction with our business. Our customers satisfaction is always our number one priority. After numerous alterations in the scope of work contracted, this particular customer was not able to pay her entire bill with us, and we happily donated $2000 towards the project to cover the outstanding bill (which she acknowledged by signature on a donation letter). We have attempted to reach out to this customer and make every effort to resolve whatever concerns she had, but the customer never responded but instead took to ******** and the BBB to voice frustration. We have been in the home remodeling business for over 20 years and we always strive to make sure our customers needs are met.
