    DON'T STAY HERE. We checked in at 2am and had to wait to be helped because guests were leaving due to roaches all over their room. Their video showed them coming from under the bed and through cracks in the walls. Once it was our turn, we found out they didn't have the room I booked. We got down graded to two queen beds and once we got to the room, they were actually full beds. They didn't have any other rooms because they overbooked the hotel. The stairwell smelled like urine and there were at least three rooms on the way up where people were having shouting matches. Our room shook everytime someone used the stairwell door. Our toilet didn't flush, our towels were dirty, bathroom light kept coming on, holes in wall, ceiling was falling, and there was no way to block out the extremely bright parking lot light. We stayed only because we had to be awake in five hours but will NEVER stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. After many attempts to get a refund, the property has refused and will be keeping the full amount I paid, despite everything that happened, including not giving us an equivalent room. Worst experience in my entire life.
