I am so glad that I contracted CVS Sales Rep *************************** to vinyl side my home and attached garage. **** kept me informed and answered many questions that I had. ***** and his crew worked tirelessly even though winter is setting in the **** valley. ***** work was excellent and he kept me informed of what wood needed to be replaced on the house. He reattached all utilities and reattached outdoor lighting. Thanks for a job well done!I have received many compliments of my house from neighbors and friends and family.

I wish I didn’t even have to pick a star If I could give this company a zero, I certainly would. They have very bad customer service. We have a warranty replacement window sash that they expect me to drive an hour and a half away to pick up when they have an office 10 minutes from my house where I purchased the window. The guy that they have answering the phone name. ****** is rude and nasty treated me horribly told me to never call their company again, and he would put my window sash outside on the porch of their business but I needed to be there by the end of business on a certain day. If not, they would not store my property . I feel the owner obviously does not care or does not know that this guy speaks to customers like that, my window is under warranty. I should not have to go through all of this nonsense or something. They are the ones that guaranteed.

CVS has graciously serviced this customer on multiple occasions since her original purchase in 2010 of the package of Her choice, including waiving labor fees for a labor warranty that had expired in 2011, after the first year of installation ( The Excalibur series Window she choose, has a lifetime material warranty (with the manufacturer) and a labor warranty through CVS that expired after the first year) . She contracted more work with CVS in 2016. This customer requested to cancel her 2016 contract for more work, well after her rescission period that is available to all customers ( a 3 day rescission period exists for the customers benefit, but after that time money is spent to order materials, schedule installations, etc) . CVS allowed her to be removed from the obligation.CVS had another appointment for new work with this customer on 6/16/2022 . She waited until the office was closed, cancelled 5 minutes before said appointment ( with our answering service) and then proceeded to be rude to our salesman when he arrived, as there was no time to get the message to him that she had cancelled. Her service history dating from 6/16/2022 to present is as follows :The Manufacturer is Alside. This review should be to their BBB not CVS. They warranty the material and window products. They have given Hundreds of thousands of consumers a pathway to warranty service. This customers dissatisfaction is a result of the customer not liking the pathway the Manufacturer provides.6/16/2022 CALLED IN TO CANCEL JUST BEFORE APPOINTMENT TIME. WHEN **** ARRIVED TO AN EMPTY HOUSE, HE CALLED THE CUSTOMER SINCE HE DID NOT KNOW SHE CANCELLED AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO HIM. DO NOT RESET THIS APPOINTMENT. THIS JOB IS NOWHERE NEAR PROFITABLE ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH THIS TYPE OF VOLATILE PERSONALITY. CHECKED FILE. EXCALIBUR / **** SERIES CUSTOMER. NO LABOR WARRANTY APPLIES. IF CUSTOMER PHONES IN FOR SERVICE, EXPLAIN PROCESS FOR ALSIDE WARRANTY CLAIM AND ALLOW CUSTOMER TO HANDLE, DIRECTLY.1/19/2023 CUSTOMER HAS BEEN MAILED AGAIN An ALSIDE WARRANTY INSTRUCTION SHEET.1/25/2023 CUSTOMER HAS NO COPY OF CONTRACT. ******* ATTEMPTED TO EMAIL CONTRACT TO CUSTOMER BUT CUSTOMER SAID IT MUST HAVE WENT TO SPAM FOLDER AND THAT SHE NEEDS IT SENT AGAIN. The Office manager at the time MY ADVICE TO HELP THIS CUSTOMER, IN NO WAY, WITH ANYTHING THAT IS BEYOND WHAT SHE IS ENTITLED TO.... WHICH, AT THIS POINT, IS ONLY HER MATERIALS WARRANTY THROUGH ALSIDE.3/15/2023 MRS CALLED IN TO ONCE AGAIN BE AS RUDE AS POSSIBLE WHILE COMPLAINING THAT SHE STILL HAS NO RESPONSE FROM ALSIDE ABOUT HER SASH. SHE IMMEDIATELY BECAME IRRATE Alside has a location in **********, ** that allows customers to pickup their warranty products. After going well beyond any obligation CVS had to the Homeowner. CVS periodically makes the trip to Alside and would (once again go above and beyond) pickup that product if it was made available to **.4/20/2023 Customer did not like the idea of driving to **********. I explained that CVS is under no obligation to pick up, deliver or service any items for her but would leave her sash on the front porch of our office in **********, ** Wednesday afternoon for her to pick up, herself. She , once again, became irate and began to lambaste this office. I instructed her that CVS has gone well above the task of servicing her and it is best not to contact our office, in the future.4/26/2023 Mrs decided to have her husband call in and I explained the same things to him, as well. He did not sound excited to drive here and pick up the sash .4/26/2023 In our visit to Alside **********, ALSIDE DID NOT INCLUDE SASH WITH OUR PICKUP. I GAVE THE CUSTOMER ALSIDE'S INFORMATION SO THAT HE CAN COMMUNICATE, DIRECTLY.In summary, this is a classic example of exceptions becoming the rule and kindness being taken for granted. CVS has traveled extra miles for this customer, on more occasions than one. We have serviced several sashes in the past, at no cost to her, when a service fee should have been applied. We have allowed her to back out of contracts, cancel appointments, verbally abuse each and every member of our staff and we were still willing to pick up her most recent sash, despite being under no obligation to do so. We do not feel we have wronged *********************** in any way, CVS will bend over backwards to make sure that exercising a warranty claim is as easy as possible. In this particular instance, we have decided to end our relationship with *************************** due to her chosen methods of speaking to and treating employees at CVS. I have included the link to the BBB the customer should review and direct her dissatisfaction. ******************************************************************************************************************
