This company misrepresents its services and then takes over 90 days to refund you. I would avoid them at all costs as I’m still trying to get my money and their owner is struggling to come up with the money to pay me.

This Customer has been FULLY REFUNDED due to his lack of professionalism. This person NEVER asked for a refund, but demanded that we work according to his availability and communication. We had numerous problems reaching him and also put him in contact with NEPA Alliance where they reached the same issue in communication. We then proceeded to help with communication so he can receive solicitations via email and still he was unable to be reached via telephone and also via email. Emails would be responded days late. Due to situations like this, it is the very reason why we charge a retainer for consulting services. Our Consulting retainer is $250, He ONLY PAID $200. Lawyers charge retainers for the same reason. Our consulting services are $50 per hour we have spent more then 4 hours dealing with him back and Forth AND getting his information submitted to the NEPA Alliance team. This person's initial complaint with us is that he can't talk on the phone and he couldn't reach the contact person at NEPA Alliance. Due to his complaints and rudeness to our business we offered a refund so he wouldn't contact us anymore. At that point we asked continuously for the forwarding address to send his refund, still to this day he has not sent to us. We informed him the refund check will go back to the address on his paperwork that he filled out. This person kept requesting a break down of the retainer fee, which we are not willing to do, however he was sent email communications that were done on his behalf. He still didn't understand the definition of a retainer so we emailed him a summary of what the retainer was for and he was told he still will receive approx. 4 hours of consulting services from us before we offered the refund. When notice conversation was getting no where and he was completely not a professional is when the refund check for retainer was sent back to him. If he would have sent an address when requested in the beginning of April he would have received refund to where ever he instructed, but he chose not to send us an address, just a bunch of insults. I have plenty of emails and so should he since he didn't want to communicate via phone. Please have hm present his proof. We have ours even a copy of the check that went out. The fact that we had to block his emails and him on social medIa shows his unprofessionalism gives him plenty of time to try and hurt other businesses instead of using the time to grow his own. For ANYONE to go to these lengths for $200 is not a client I would want to work with or for, that is why the refund was returned IN FULL. He even try to post that we spent his $200 or didn't want to give it back. That amount is one of the smallest fees in any professional consulting business but it seems to be a big impact for him, therefore we returned it and are continuing to move forward with our happy clients. We understand we cannot please everyone and are willing to not do business with those we can't satisfy. Most of our clients are not complaining over $200. So we can take this one and still move on and succeed in our growth. We have paid fees that are more than $200 to a vendor and possibly not received the service we expected and we just moved forward. Didn't request communication or refund, nor did we attempt to badger or hurt the business. Defamation is a lawsuit that we will pursue with our evidence. Thank you
