"OH MY, Ena, the StaarAlert Technician was wonderful, she came to set up the first device and explained everything to me which was so simple to use and stayed until i was comfortable with what i was now working with, she even put up with my over excited talkative dog through the whole thing. She even came back to switch devices to the watch which we found is most safer for me due to my mobility and dropping things, she like before called let me know how long she'd be before she arrived and when she arrived which gave me time to organize myself with moving to let her in, she got here and was very much a wonderful teacher of the new product i was to use to assist me, she stayed until she was comfortable with my understanding." ...
