    I will NEVER return to Grace Vet Center. We Took our sick puppy for a scheduled follow up appt, a one hour drive away. We became stuck in a traffic jam and ended up being 12 minutes late. Their policy is to reschedule if you are more than 10 minutes late. We pleaded with them to look at her because she is very sick and not improving with the drugs they put her on. Our only choice was reschedule or urgent care. The office manager starting smirking at us as we became upset. She actually appeared to enjoy our distress. We called Dr *****'s clinic, told them how sick our puppy was and they said bring her here immediately. Who turns away a sick puppy over 2 minutes??? Answer: someone that doesn't care. They deserve NO STARS!
