They were called by the state police due to incident or accident. When the driver arrived,.He was notified immediately to tow it to the auto body shop. ***************** was authorizing 100 miles body shop was 52 miles. Why because he wanted to take it to his impound lot to charge a storage fee For one day to pick up the vehicle **** * miles thereabouts was just over $1000. Thats why I exclaimed to this driver which was also known as a supervisor and had an attitude because I tried to explain to him that he is required to take it to the nearest shop is authorized by the insurance company. He again refused then couldnt deal with his own matters so he recalled the same officer back to the scene when I asked for his supervisor he said he was a supervisor when I asked for the CEO he became belligerent towing company is nothing more than about taking it to the impound lot to charge storage fees at an astronomical price because they are linked to the State Police for emergency purposes when I try to get my record driver to come out, he said I had to pay him in cash again becoming arrogant LE Enterprise is a commercial company operating under DOT but the other driver had ************* therefore not State Police but ************** dictated what was gonna happen how its gonna happen in relation to connections throughout DOT. Do not use ************** they are a sham and they lie to you telling you dont worry, the insurance company will take care of it. Yes, they will take care of it. However, it comes out of your pocket later from the insurance company so they lied to you. They deceive you into forcing you into business with them and operating a contract with them forcibly. Its sad that the family owned operated business for ******************************************************************************** wait I am the CEO of a recovery service so I get it and I understand yet they take your money and lie to you thats it no wonder theyre not BBB accredited ??????????
