    My family and I moved into a community they are responsible for about 3 years ago. For over 2 years there has not been a manager available to talk with or handle complaints. I received a notice and am trying to reach someone, anyone at this point to no avail. I spoke with the collections dept (the only office that answers the phone) and was screamed at. The lady was hostile and vulgar. I pay a lot of money to them and am treated like trash. Cedar manor has fallen apart and no one cares.

    Horrible company horrible people. Don't answer the phone. Don't call back. But want you to keep in contact. Demand lots be perfect while their stuff is bad. Water from tap is horrible. Up rent price for no reason. Entrance road is horrible. Horrible manage. Do not want to rent anything from this company/criminals. Wish I could get out of here. Worst company I have ever delt with.
