    I hired Moving Kings PA to move me from a 3 bed/1.5 bath house in St. Petersburg, Fl to a 3 bed/2 bath house in Greensburg, PA on May 24, 2024. Even though an onsite evaluation was done by the owner, *****, on May 22, 2024, the truck ***** brought to load my items was too small (20 foot truck). I was quoted on my estimate for a 26 foot truck. On the moving date, the movers were supposed to show up at 9am, however ***** was the only one who showed up at this time. The other two movers showed up over an hour late. Not all of my items could fit in the 20 foot truck. To remedy this, a cargo trailer was rented, and was still too small to fit all of my items. The items left behind include a Litter-Robot 3 (value: $587.43), an outdoor coffee table (value: $44.99), and approximately 3 boxes containing holiday decorations (value: $300). For this inconvenience I was told that the items left behind would be shipped to me and would arrive early the next week and that I would receive a tracking number. On June 3rd, I had not heard from ***** or the company, so I called the main line and spoke to *****, who told me I would receive a tracking number in the next few days. I did not receive a tracking number, and emailed on June 6, 2024 to see if there was an update, to which I got no response via email. ***** did text me June 6th to let me know that the items will be shipped to me early the next week (week of June 10th). I asked that a tracking number be sent to me, and did not receive one. I texted ***** on June 13th to see if there was an update, and have not received a response as of June 16. In addition to not receiving all my items, some of the items were damaged during the move. My kitchen table was chipped (value: $298.98) and I was told by ***** that a member of his team would be back sometime the week of May 27th to fix it, and no one ever came back to fix it. For all of these inconveniences, I was only offered $100 off our total bill which was $6850.00.

    ***** and his guys were the BEST. I will 100% hire them again. Super friendly, efficient, skilled, and kind. I mean, what else can you ask for? They were a pleasure to spend 2 days with and they really took care of me and my family. You wont regret hiring them.
