  I have followed a holistic approach to health all my life. A few years ago everything that I used to do for my health stopped working, I did research, I kept searching and grew frustrated, so much information out there and where do we begin?I started following Dr **** after listening to him on a podcast, the more I heard from him the more his approach aligned with **** decided to take the step and stop doing it on my own. I wanted one place where I could commit, concentrate on my health and get the support I needed. That place was Dr ****** AHR program. The amount of knowledge that Dr. **** and his team have is incredible, I have learned so much!!!! I have new tools in my "tool box". I have been with *** **** for a year now, and my health it's about 80% better than when I started.   A truly transformative experience. They walk with you every step of the way and when you finish the program you feel empowered and knowledgeable and able to continue progress. This program helped me manage my autoimmune issues in a way that no other protocol has. I no longer feel as though my diseases have to define me because I now how have the ability to manage my symptoms, deal with flares and enjoy more health than I have in years. I highly recommend this program to anyone struggling with autoimmune issues and who are ready to dive in and make change. You *** need to dive in and trust the process and be ready to make real change. But the rewards are completely worth it.

  I joined the Autoimmune Health Reset program to help get ******' Disease in control. I tried making dietary changes on my own, but benefited greatly from the *** plan developed by Dr. Will Cole. The program was a challenge, but doable with the support of the vast educational info on the website, plethora of menus, one-on-one coaching, and ability to ask individualized questions via group calls. Plus, I received immediate feedback in the form of feeling great and becoming asymptomatic!I am a nurse and was pleased with the science provided to back up the plan. Coaches were knowledgeable, helpful, motivating and provided accurate information.Although I didn't utilize the group chats and weekly calls much, the ones I did participate in were very helpful and worthwhile. Additionally, the supplements were a much needed component to restore the microbiome of the gut and reduce inflammation--which I would not have achieved by trying diet alone on my own.I am happy to say that I am doing quite well after 16 weeks, barely on any ***********, have no ******' symptoms and feel more energized to live out each day! I will eventually add back/test more foods to add back in my meal repertoire, but due to the particular autoimmune disorder I am dealing with, quite a few more months are needed to help get this into remission! I will, however, maintain wholesome, real foods and a solid amount of protein, veggies, bone broth and healthy fats for the rest of my life. In the meantime, I recognize the incredible strides in how I approach health--although I've always been active and quite healthy, I have a new appreciation for the gut and how what I put in my body impacts me on the cellular level. Thank you, Dr. Will Cole, for setting me on this journey!

  After many years of wanting to get to the bottom of my inflammation and other health issues instead of just addressing the symptoms, I am so happy to find Dr. Will Cole and his protocol. I am delighted with my progress so far. After only four months, I am down 30 pounds towards my 50-pound goal. I have a lot more energy, and my life is back on track. The whole program is amazing, from the teachings on-line, knowledgeable staff to personal one-on-one care. My personal health coach was on top of everything I needed. They walk through the whole thing with you. I feel cared for and about in a way Ive never experienced with main-stream medicine. Im looking forward to many more months of working with them in the Autoimmune Health Lifestyle protocol to further improve my health and my life! Thank you, Dr. **** and staff for everything!

  I had been dealing with Inflammation and autoimmune issues for over 30 years. I have spent a ridiculous amount of money on medical care, tests, medications, supplements, and other protocols to diagnose and treat my health issues. I read the "Inflammation Spectrum" by Dr. Will Cole and had an "ah ha" moment. It finally made sense to me that I will never get off the western medicine cycle of health care treatment (addressing the symptoms and not the root cause) unless I make some radical changes to the way I care for my body. I will admit that the initial cost was intimidating, but when I thought about how much I had spent over the years, this cost was a drop in the bucket. I felt strongly that a "gut reset" would be the key to a new start. I discovered that the cost of the program was totally worth the payout. I lost 30lbs (not the intended goal of the program), gained energy, less fatigue and brain fog, and started feeling in control of my health. It took decades for me to fall into this state so I know that it will probably take a couple of years to rid myself completely of bad habits, environmental toxins, etc. but the initial 16 week program has set up for a lifetime of success. I am on my way to feeling amazing!

  I couldn't recommend Cole Natural Health Centers enough. After experiencing gut distress for over 10 years and trying numerous protocols, I never truly felt relief. It wasn't until I completed the *** protocol that I felt my symptoms start to reduce. After ***, I decided to continue care with **** Naturals Health Centers and complete testing that was personalized to a few lingering symptoms.   I am so pleased with all the information I was provided through my consultation with ****************** The whole process was simple and clear from point A to point B. Meeting with my coach was not only extremely informative but it was the first time in many years that I felt heard and validated while exploring my symptoms. In a medical system that is just focused on symptom management it was refreshing and truly exciting to find a practice that helped me find the root of my symptoms and not just medication to mask it. I started my cleanse 2 weeks ago and I have lost all the bloat I have been struggling with for the last 5 and 7 pounds on the scale. I feel confident and hopeful that I am grabbing my life back and taking charge of my health on my own terms.

  Literally the best experience of my health and wellness journey in the 20 years that I've been down this road. I have been wanting to do Dr. Will Cole's gut reset for years but was a little intimidated by it all. After yers of inflammation and autoimmune issues I finally committed. I am down 25 lbs and have never felt better in my entire life. Issues have cleared along with stubborn brain fog that was holding me back. I cant recommend the program enough if you are ready to make a serious change in your life. I am feeling so confident that I literally quit my job and launched my own agency. Talk about transformation! And my coach ***** was nothing short of fabulous, knowledgeable and super supportive. Love this program.

All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable, always answered my questions and concerns promptly and most importantly, changed my health for the better!
