    This place used to be amazing, but since the new ownership took over, they have misplaced my items on two occasions. First time the owner ********* located them because they had mixed up the ticket and apologized for the mistake. Most recently, they gave me the wrong suit when I picked up my clothes. When I called to tell them I had the wrong suit, they insisted it was mine. I returned the suit and told them I would like them to look for my suit. Days later when I returned to speak with the owner, they found my suit and told me it was the suit I had all along!! The owner ******************* was rude is probably clueless or probably in on it who knows that his employees are running a scam out of his place of . They are switching clients nice clothes for old and wore clothes and when they are called out on it. They try to cover their tracks There has to be a zero star because this is what this place deserves now. There are other reviews that people posted with this scenario with in the last few months since the new ownership. Take your clothes somewhere else or you will be next!

    Unfortunately this customer is confused and thinks we're trying to give him back something that is not his but in reality he has had this suit here before and refuses to believe it but our system and barcodes prove that it was here and is the exact same suit he left once before in his words he said we're trying to pull some kind of trickery why would we do that sincerely ruby's cleaners
