    To copy from my ****** review: Called the shop to see if it would be open since it is the holiday. I was informed they would be, but that the flowers I asked about are not sold there. I come into the store, and a worker (who turns out to be the owner) was talking to another employee about her call with me. I was called a homosexual, insulted on my flower inquiry (which are not for me), as well as the time I had called during their BUSINESS HOURS. Tried to call once with no answer to try and resolve, then at a later time to, again, resolve the issue, and when a simple apology was not accepted I was yelled at, told I was "chastising" her, and that she has two homosexual daughters(?).

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE FOR MOTHERS DAY! My order for mother's day was delivered a day early and to the wrong address. I gave specific instructions on the delivery due to past issues of deliveries going to the wrong house next door. When my Mom called to work out a correction, she was met with a nasty attitude and hung up on. When she called back she was berated by the owner saying "she's not dealing with rudeness and you can call all day if you want" When I called (4 times before they would pick up which clearly triggered them more) I was met with a rude owner accusing my mom of being rude even when my mom apologized for any perceived rudeness and only trying to get to a resolution. The owner is a nasty rude woman with 0 customer service skills and compassion. Get out of the florist business if you are this miserable to berate customers on a mistake that was ****** made on behalf the company.
