    I have ordered a half dozen items thru Equine Keepsakes & have been extremely pleased with the 4 items I have received so far, two more are still in que for production. Website says expected lead time & it is a wait but so worth it! These are hand made items with exquisite attention to detail. She has many orders she works on & for a price that is very reasonable. These are not production line items, they are handcrafted with great care. People need to be responsible for their own expectations & read the website about turn around time, or if you are to hard pressed to do that ask at before ordering. You cant expect Amazon delivery times when ordering from a very popular artist.

    I placed an order in July of 2022. Sent in my pet's hair and paid my order. I got an email stating they received my pet's hair and it could take 6 to 10 weeks for production. I have received no update after emailing multiple times. I emailed, FB messaged, and filled out online contact information on the company website. I was told when the company finally replied to me via FB messenger they did not receive my emails. I replied right back to them and still have not received a response as to what my order status is. I want my beloved pet's hair back as well as a full refund so I can get my memorial ring made elsewhere. This lack of communication is unacceptable in any business, however; in a business helping customers grieve the loss of a loved one...is unforgiving.
