Jules and his crew put a new floor on our pool deck. We signed a contract on Wednesday and they were finished on Friday. They were very professional and hard working. When finished their work area was spotless. I would highly recommend them. You wont be disappointed, I promise.

Jules provided a fair quote for a full deck renovation. He gave us a date for work in the fall. The job started on time, finished on time without any issues or hassles. He is even coming this spring to do a full inspection as part of the job. I highly recommend Jules Branch Construction.

We are new to the area and had no idea who to hire. Super pleased with this company. The crew was nice and respectful of the property. Work was completed in stated time and the price was reasonable. We will hire again if we have the need.

Be very wary when hiring this company! We hired them to put an addition on our home, big mistake. Throughout the entire project Mr. ********************** kept asking for more money, over and above what we had signed a contract for. Besides that he repeatedly cut corner on the job, he was supposed to put the sliding glass door where the side entrance was, but when it was time to put it in he said it was not feasible and it would cost us more. Since the addition took all our savings we opted to move the door over to the addition. Now we have two door on that wall. Also he said our tile floor for the bathroom and kitchen was going to cost more than he said and again, for the same reason, we went with the vinyl flooring. After all the cuts, and there were more, when the project was 90% done I made the mistake of trusting him to finish and gave him the balance owed, big mistake, he left that day never to return and finish the job. So hied my warning, if Jules Branch construction comes to your house to give you a bid on your job shut the door on him because you will not get what he agrees on.

This contract was made before covid inflation prices... Which doubled and tripled prices on supplies and also everything was on back order. Which client was not happy about but also did not want to postpone the job. Unhappy to the point she would refuse to let anyone work there my guys showed up and was left standing outside with her calling me telling me noone was working because they werent there yesterday..which cost money as well as put everything more behind. Which i explained over and over again and client made changes because of covid inflation costs which were a huge issue from the beginning.. I never took money and then left i was waiting for the client to get carpetting and the supplies she ordered because she thought the cost of things was being made up so she agreed to pay for remaining supplies. A huge issue at the clients house was her dogs. Which she would refuse to put away and was constantly trying to bite us which is why we had to make temporary doors and gates. Also allowed her dogs to use the bathroom all over the work area which we had to constantly clean up before even working.. She refused to discuss the safety issues and or contact me when remaining supplies were delivered and she had gotten her carpetting installed and then sent a letter from her lawyer. I lost money on the job making up for the covid cost difference... In a letter in response to her lawyers letter i agreed to come and finish and fix things that she did not like if the safety concerns were addressed and never heard back.. I also agreed to show the accounting from the job to show how much money i had to pay of my own and the differences in the covid prices on contract versus afterwards but also never heard back.. She would not work on anything and didnt understand the cost of material went thru the roof and why we werent there everyday when there was no material because it was on back order for weeks... She was harrassing my workers when they were there about just taking over and doing the work and she would pay them... Which still wouldnt of changed the pricing of materials and she just wasnt happy from the beginning when i told her material is alot more and would have to postpone the build due to pricing and she agreed to just start and she would "cut corners" with what she wanted to help with the cost. One minute she understood the price inflation then the next she would freak out and think someone was making it up...
