"Me and my boyfriend went to this place for the very 1st time for an appointment while I was there I was listening to the staff the front desk lady was extremely rude and nasty she made multiple phone calls today being disrespectful and arrogant with patience and staff She kept telling patience and staff that she was busy and had no time for certain things but yet she can make calls around the area about flowers that she was looking for She was not doing her job and was being extremely lazy after this my boyfriend got called back by this woman which this woman is extremely disrespectful and rude we went back to the room she sat him down and asked him when was the last time you seen a dentist he did not know so he froze and because he froze she got mad and continued to ask him loudly and disrespectfully when was the last time that you seen a doctor She asked this multiple times She was being so nasty that I couldn't even get in that my boyfriend was hearing impaired I tried to stand in the room with my boyfriend and then she looked at me disrespectfully and extremely rudely and said no no no you cannot stand in here and then she made me stand in the doorway I had enough went back to the lobby and sat and waited I wanted to talk about this and report this because no one should have to go through this this place is extremely nasty and disgusting and the staff are too"
