    Beware of renting a lot from church light (TCC) communities. They are the most greed driven group of people I have ever run across in my life. They claim to want to provide affordable housing for people,but they hike up the rent so high that fixed income folks could never afford it. Then if that's not bad enough they ***** you with phony water bills that are 3 xs the rate the county charges. The property manager in ****************, MD is the epitome of Lucifer himself. She is condescending and hateful. She loves to evict people and refuses to work with the residents. She is so quick to evict before ever giving anyone a chance to catch up . My understanding from the county the park has lost their license to be in business as a park. So I don't understand how they can even collect our money every month.
