    Am very disappointed about response from customer service. Have tried to contact them on 3 occasions since 12/20. Received immediate preprinted response that I will be contacted by customer service in 1 business day. Even f allowing weekend and holidays, I have yet received any reply. I have placed more than $150 in orders recently. This is not good customer service.

    Dollar store quality socks. The price for these socks is way overpriced. They promise 3 to 5 day shipment. Three weeks later, after I contacted my credit card company as being a fraudulent company I finally received my order. I feel as if I hadn’t filed a complaint with my credit card company, I would have never received these poor quality socks.

    I ordered 5 pairs of socks with the 5 to 7 day delivery option. I received notice socks shipped to 3rd party waiting for USPS on December 1, 2022. I've emailed rhe company twice with no response. I called the number listed which is not in service. No resolution as of 12/20/2022 and I was expecting to gift on Christmas. Very disappointed in this company. Tons of great reviews on their website. I just want to know where my socks are.

    Horrible. DO NO ORDER FROM THEM! Placed an order on Nov 29th and have still not received any updates on when I am receiving my items. My account has been charged for the order. The company phone number is NOT in service and NO ONE is getting back to the numerous emails i’ve sent. I would have picked zero stars if it let me.
