    Recently, I paid for a two-day bus trip to ************* and a casino in ********* in which the organizer contracted with Premier 1 for transportation services. The bus driver ** K was very unprofessional, and it was apparent in his initial interaction. He was 20 minutes late to the second pickup location because he chose the residential route instead of the most efficient one on the **** When he arrived at the second stop, he was asked to look at a faulty footrest that would not secure and made the seat unusable, his response was All I do is drive, I am not a mechanic. That set his sarcastic tone for the remainder of the trip During the entire trip, uninvitedly interjected himself in several personal conversations among the other patrons and was far too engaged rather than remaining focused on driving efficiently and safely. He neglected to contact the bell hop service at the hotel next morning to have the baggage brought to the bus before departure as stipulated in the agreement which caused a delay. On the second stop at the casino, he drove the bus into an area clearly labeled for car valet parking only and the casino staff had to move parking cones and ropes to allow him to maneuver the bus out of the prohibited space. The final straw was when we arrived in the bus depot at the casino and were informed by the hostess that they had not received the required insurance paperwork from Premier. Without it, the casino was not able to honor the promised $25 slot play for each passenger. *******, the coordinator from Premier provided an explanation that the computer was frozen, and the paperwork was not accessible for verification. The organizer made a subsequent call, and ******* refused to come to the phone.
