    Hired Tilko to demo and rebuild 4 steps and a 5x6 landing. The rebuilt landing is not square or plumb. None of the corners (steps and landing) are close to square. The top of the forms buckled results in a rounded edge. The steps are not aligned with the landing. Concrete level is over the **channel of the house siding. The first step is actually below grade, so I need to regrade a portion of the yard. As a bonus, they left concrete in the yard and an oil slick in the driveway. I paid for a professional but received sub-DIY results.
