    Been client of Service Today since 2004. Absorbed after my company Province & Gentile sold
    Moved to Long Neck Delaware 2021 had a SERVICE CONTRACT (2 service calls $228. Had one call remaining value $114
    DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
    1 THEYWOULDN'T LET ME TRANFER SERVICE CALL TO MY NEW ADDRESS
    2. WOULD NOT GIVE A
    ME REFUND
    3. ALWAYS PUSHING SERVICE I PAIID $887 for a light
    Used to be a good company now they suck
    STAY AWAY. WISH I COULD GIVE zero stars

    I have had Service Today for many years. We have a service agreement with them. On 10/19/22 I called to make my yearly "check up" appt for my heater. The person they sent looked around, did very little and left. He didn't even clean the filter. On 12/19/22 my heating system went down, I was getting a ERROR 010.00 code System Alert on my thermostat. Now on 12/19/22 it was cold and the outside temp was hovering around mid 30's. I placed a call to Service Today at 11:30 pm asking for EMERGENCY SERVICE NO HEAT. No one called, no one came out, by 5:15 am it was 62 degrees in my house and 28 degrees outside. I called again at 5:15 am and at 6:20 am a tech finally called back to say he would be out in 45 minutes. What is the point of having a service agreement if when I call for an emergency in the middle of the night NO ONE CALLS OR COMES OUT.
